2015 Winner of the Tim Sims Encouragement Award, Meg Mackay
From the sleepy shores of Prince Edward Island, Meg MacKay moved to Toronto to pursue comedy in 2013. Since then she has performed at a number of festivals including Toronto Sketchfest, the Cottage Country Comedy Festival, and the Halifax Pop Explosion. Meg graduated from Humber College in 2015.

Beginning in 2015, the award will be given annually to a graduate of the Comedy Writing and Performance program at the Humber College, School of Creative and Performing Arts and to a Conservatory Program Graduate at the Second City Training Program.
